AllCare Exercise Band/Tubing Door Anchor Stirrup

Using the AllCare Anchor Stirrup turns any door frame into a home multi gym in minutes. Very simple and easy to use with your exercise bands or tubes.

The webbing strap has a loop on one end and nub on the other end. Place the door strap either over the top (or down the side) of the door and then close the door.
