Tips for Applying Sensor Patches:

Clean the Skin Thoroughly: Remove any lotions, oils, moisture, and dirt from the skin.

Apply Before Activity: For optimal performance, apply the patch at least one to two hours before exercising or showering.

Remove Excess Hair: This helps improve adhesion.

Apply After Sensor Setup: Wait until the new sensor is properly installed and functioning before applying the patch.

Avoid Touching the Adhesive: Handle the patch carefully to maintain the stickiness of the adhesive.

Press Firmly: After applying the patch, rub the area around the sensor thoroughly to ensure optimal adhesion.

Trim Loose Edges: If the edges start to peel, use scissors to trim them to prevent the patch from coming off entirely.

Water-Resistant Care: The patch is water-resistant. After showering, swimming, or bathing, gently pat the patch dry with a towel. Avoid using a hairdryer.
