Returns & Cancellation Policy

Right to Cancel

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period expires 14 days from the day you, or a third party nominated by you (other than the carrier), receive the final item in your order.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (for example by email or post).

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient to send your cancellation request before the 14-day period has expired.


Effects of Cancellation

If you cancel your order, we will reimburse all payments received from you, excluding delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than:

  • 14 days after we receive the returned goods, or

  • 14 days after you provide evidence that the goods have been returned, whichever is earlier.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

We may withhold reimbursement until the goods have been received or proof of return has been provided.


Returning Goods

You must return the goods within 14 days of notifying us of your cancellation.

Customers are responsible for the direct cost of returning goods, unless the item is faulty, damaged, or supplied incorrectly.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.


Delivery Costs & Deductions

  • Standard delivery charges are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty.

  • If your original order qualified for free shipping (orders over €80) and all or part of the order is returned, a €6.99 deduction may be applied to cover outbound delivery costs.

  • If returning part of an order reduces the total order value below the free-shipping threshold, the original delivery cost will be deducted from your refund.


How to Return an Item

Please notify us of your return within 14 days of receiving your order.

When returning items, please include:

  • Your order number, or

  • Your full name, address, and email or phone number

Returns received without identifying information cannot be processed or refunded.

Return Conditions

Returned items must:

  • Be clean and hygienic, free from hair, dirt, or odours

  • Be undamaged and unused

  • Be returned with original packaging, including barcodes and SKU labels where possible

Items returned in an unsanitary condition may be refused or refunded at a reduced amount, reflecting diminished value.

Where original packaging is missing, a €5 deduction may be applied to reflect repackaging and loss in value.


Non-Returnable Items (Hygiene & Safety)

For health protection and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened, worn, or unsealed:

  • Pillows

  • Compression garments (including socks, tights, pantyhose)

  • Post-surgical or liposuction garments

  • Inguinal hernia belts

This is in accordance with Irish and EU consumer law for sealed goods not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you wish to change size or product, please place a new order for the desired item.
Returned items will be refunded only and will not be swapped or resent.


Exceptions to the Right to Cancel

The right to cancel does not apply to:

  • Goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised

  • Sealed goods not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed

  • Goods which become inseparably mixed with other items after delivery
