Order Processing
All orders within Ireland are shipped using a trackable courier service.
We aim to dispatch orders placed before 1:00pm (Monday–Friday) on the same business day. Orders placed after this time, or on weekends, or public holidays, will be dispatched on the next business day.
Dispatch times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
If your order is urgent, please contact us before placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Choosing the "Urgent Priority Delivery" option at checkout will ensure that your order is prioritised over other orders and packed first but this is still not a guarantee that you will receive it the next day.

While most deliveries arrive within this timeframe, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including courier delays, adverse weather, or high-volume periods.
European Union
Estimated delivery: 4–10 business days from dispatch

Delivery Information
A contact phone number is required at checkout to assist the courier in the event they cannot locate the address or if delivery issues arise.
Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are correct and complete. We cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided at checkout.
Missed or Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier may:

Leave the parcel with a neighbour,

Leave a calling card with further instructions, or

Attempt delivery again at a later date.
If an order is returned to us due to a failed delivery or incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery or cancellation. Additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery.
Delays & Issues
If we become aware of a significant delay to your order, we will notify you as soon as possible.
If delivery cannot be completed within a reasonable timeframe, you may be entitled to cancel your order and receive a refund in accordance with Irish consumer law.
Responsibility for Goods
Goods remain our responsibility until they have been successfully delivered to you.
Once delivery has been confirmed, responsibility for the goods passes to the customer.
Returns & Shipping Costs
If an item is returned and is not faulty, original delivery costs are non-refundable.
If your order qualified for free shipping and is returned in full or in part, a €6.99 deduction may be applied to cover outbound delivery costs.
