Delivery FAQ
When will my order ship?
Orders placed before 1:00pm Monday–Friday are usually dispatched the same business day. Orders placed after this time, or on weekends are dispatched the next business day.
How long does delivery take in Ireland?
Delivery usually takes 1–2 business days from dispatch, though delays may occur outside our control.
Do you deliver on weekends?
Couriers do not officially deliver on weekends. Saturday delivery may occasionally occur but is not guaranteed.
What if I’m not home for delivery?
The courier may leave the parcel with a neighbour, leave a calling card, or attempt delivery again. You can also provide us with specific instructions.
What if my order is delayed?
If we become aware of a significant delay, we’ll contact you as soon as possible.
What if my parcel is lost?
If your parcel is lost before delivery, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund in line with Irish consumer law.
Returns FAQ
How long do I have to return an item?
You have 14 days from receiving your order to notify us of a return.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers pay return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Can I return compression garments or pillows?
No. For hygiene reasons, these items cannot be returned once opened or worn.
Do I get a refund for shipping?
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.
What if I used free shipping?
If your order qualified for free shipping and is returned, a €6.99 deduction may apply to cover outbound delivery costs.
Do you offer exchanges?
We don’t offer direct exchanges. Please place a new order and return the original item for a refund.
