What are loop bands good for?

Loop resistance bands are great for stretching and increasing flexibility as well as working on your mobility. They are also very good for strengthening lower leg muscles and working on rehab exercises.

 

What are tubing exercises?

Some Resistance Tube Exercises that you can do at home:

  • Chest Press. With resistance tubes, this can be performed seated or standing.
  • Row. You will need an anchor strap for this unless you loop the tube over a staircase etc.
  • Elbow Extension or triceps extension.
  • Elbow Flexion.
  • Lunges
  • Knee Extensions
  • Knee Flexions
  • Hip Abductions

 

What are power bands used for?

Power & Mobility Bands are heavy duty loop bands and are most popular for cross-training and power lifting. They are also used for stretching and correcting mobility issues, adding variable resistance to weight training, and pull-up assistance.
