Directions for use:

The support can be worn in most footwear.

Apply each support directly to the bare feet (Socks are recommended to be applied afterwards if necessary).
1. Pull the Support over the toes, foot, and ankle and into position. Repeat for the Left and Right foot.
2. Ensure the Silicone cushions sit directly under the heel area. Smooth out any creases and ensure the support is correctly positioned and comfortable.
