Steroplast fabric dressing strips for easy custom wound dressing. Cut a strip to size to create the perfect dressing for any wound.
Cut our dressing strips to size for the perfect fit every time.
Wounds don’t come in standard sizes like plasters and dressings, so sometimes a standard plaster isn’t the best option. Our plaster strips are 7.5cm x 0.5m sheets that can cut to size for a dressing that only covers the area it needs to and doesn’t get in the way.
Use these medical plaster strips to cover a cleaned wound or cut one to size for a small laceration. Each strip is a variation on our fabric plaster and is made with a superior adhesive that keeps it stuck down throughout the day, letting you get on with life. Our acrylic adhesive is hypoallergenic and gentle on sensitive skin.
All our plaster products are professional designs used in hospital trusts and other healthcare settings.

How to use our dressing strips
Our plaster fabric strips are easy and intuitive to use, but they also have clear instructions on the packaging. Here's how to use them:
- Gently clean the wound under running water or using sterile wound wash, and dry it thoroughly.
- Judge the size of the dressing strip needed to cover the wound. You could do this using your thumb for comparison. Make sure you don’t touch the wound once it’s been cleaned.
- Cut a section of fabric plaster strip to length using clean scissors.
- Apply plaster from the centre of the wound, removing the paper backing from the adhesive edges as you go. Press down on the edges firmly.
- Replace with a fresh plaster as necessary, at least once daily, giving the wound a clean between plaster strips.
