Fleur80 Kegel Toning Balls

Fleur80 is a set of pelvic floor toning balls designed to help improve bladder control by strengthening the pelvic floor muscles. They can be used as part of a Kegel exercise routine for active training, or simply worn for up to one hour per day while going about your normal daily activities.

As you move, the weighted balls gently stimulate your pelvic floor muscles, encouraging them to contract and gradually become stronger. With regular use, this can help you regain better control and support overall pelvic health.

In addition to improving continence management, strengthening the pelvic floor can also enhance sexual wellbeing. Strong pelvic muscles may increase sexual arousal, improve responsiveness, enhance sensation during intercourse, and support the ability to reach orgasm.

Fleur80 features two smooth spheres connected by a flexible cord. To use, gently insert the balls one at a time for comfortable placement.

For best results, avoid wearing the toning balls for extended periods. Using them for short sessions rather than several hours helps prevent muscle fatigue or over-tightening (hypertonia), ensuring safe and effective training of the pelvic floor muscles.

Contraindications

• Not suitable for use in children.
